What CDs? I want them with Tees!!!

This is a big weekend for me. It all started with this pre-ordered Goodboy Badminton's CD + T-shirt... I have to admit, I immediately pre ordered it. I don't know that i had to wait for a confirmation before pick it up... So my friend and I went to see where I can pick it up.. We ended up going nowhere, stressed out by the traffic, and being told that the cd and tees hasn't ready... After 1 week, more or less, I got the confirmation, and went down to find the place to pick it up.. I think my friend and I have to spent one and a half hour to find it.. but it all worth it.. The tees is beautiful (full printed, exactly the kind of tees that i like), and the the tracks is, well, awesome! I recommend you to buy them :D


Okay, so last Saturday night, I spent my night with Blink Corp Indonesia forum.. and one of them told me about Sweet Punch for Kids.. I didn't know them, so he played one of their songs, it's catchy and just like what he said, it's like Four Year Strong.. So as I browse my last.fm account, I saw this band called danger ranger, and there's a link where i can download 3 of their songs... and i love it! I ended up seeing their Facebook page and saw that they're releasing an EP.. I tried to preordered it, but failed.. so I went to Dead Heartz's store, and bought this... I love their sound... !!!! and the Tee? Just like what I wanted.. I haven't got any racerkids shirt, so I guess this is like double-attack pleasure or something >:D



noooow, I'm waiting for Nothing Complete's album, and Buckskin Bugle's :D

2009 - Year of Music :)

First of all, in the middle of 2009, I open up my own last.fm account...
And these are few of my attendance to some of 2009's concerts...

As you may know, this year, is like year of justice... There are concerts for prita.. Where in Bandung, it called "Koin Keadilan untuk Prita"

This is Goodboy Badminton, at first, i saw them on Kickfest 2009 @ Sabuga. They're like awesome! I love their sound!!! (besides Disconnected, Buckskin Bugle, and Closehead) But they're awesome :)



Now this is Bottle Smokers (did i spelled it right?), I've never seen them live.. so, i didn't expect anything.. but just when they started playing, i thought of Owl City! :D



Let Me introduce you to Mr.Mike Herrera from MxPx... This is his second time playing in Indonesia.. Well, i said his, cause he's the only one's here.. Yuri and Tom wasn't there.. Mike's playing here with Chris Wilson and Kris Roe (I KNOWWWWW!!! :O )



As the finale of this blog, is 4Penitit, playing a small gig in Bumi Sangkuriang... This was my second time seeing them playing there.. :)



So anyway, I now it's all (the pictures) in under exposure.. but that's the way (uh-huh uh-huh) i like it.. :)

A Weird Music Cover, Although It Takes My Breath Away

jack conte and nataly dawn started making music together in the summer of '08, and decided to form a band. pomplamoose thus represents the collaborative efforts of the two afore-mentioned musicians. it also means grapefruit in french

That's what I got on Pomplamoose's Myspace page... WHat is it? well, they do a music cover on any kind of music.. The one that I got a chance to see on Youtube, is this two clips..



It started just about 10-15 minutes ago... I went to Youtube, and scroll down to the Music Tuesday... and there, I saw this girl with an awkward-kinda face, with a "Single Ladies - Beyonce" as it's title.. So I open it, and stunned by the video.. I saw their profile, and even opened one more video, with a title "My Favourite Things - Sound Of Music".. I love this last song! And again, stunned by their performance covering this song..

So, I ended up on their Myspace page, and going to download some of their covering.. :) Hope what i share today will pleased you too :)

The End of Nine Inch Nails? What's next? :(

Trent Reznor officially confirmed that Nine Inch Nails are set to tour the globe in 2009 for one last time before going on hiatus indefinitely. "In NIN world, 2009 marks the 20th anniversary of our first releases. I’ve been thinking for some time now, it’s time to make NIN disappear for a while."

So anyway, as you can see, NIN is going to be --or, you may say IS-- on a hiatus status.. :( I didn't go to their Singapore Show, and thank GOD i didn't follow anyone that went to the show.. (I have a twitter account, and my cousin that follows Desta from club80's said that he came to NIN's show..)

I know, I'm too late to write this down on my blog, but stay with me, it's not what I'm going to write...

And, a couple of weeks ago, I realized something, there aren't any of Trent Reznor's twitter on my timeline.. He used to tweet a lot -- I mean, A LOT! He never tweet again after this accident with a fan, when he's insulting her.. (i guess...i don't have the link, sorry)
Anyway, today, I search for NIN's twitter, which used to be @NIN, not a @nineinchnails.. soo I follow @nineinchnails... I scrolled down and saw this tweet.. I open those links, and I stopped at Ilan Rubin's Twitter. I followed his Website and ended up on this band called The New Regime.. Since I have a Last.fm Account, I search for this band... or should i say HIS band :) and, play this Order Restored song.. TOTALLY LOVE IT!!!!!! Fell in love to the NIN-kinda-like synthesizer!
